The construction sector, contributing 8% of human-caused carbon emissions, faces a crucial moment due to climate change. It's crucial to enhance the sustainability of cement concrete to support socially responsible development. Worldwide, there's a strong push to improve the eco-friendly qualities of cement concrete, a key priority for the industry in recent years.

The Global Conference on Green Construction 2025 (GCGC-2025) convenes in Karachi on February 5th-6th, 2025, aiming to exchange ideas and experiences of the participants including academia and the cement & concrete industry enhancing the sustainability of the construction sector by fostering collaborative scientific discussions and promoting eco-friendly materials in alignment with practices of green construction. With a strong focus on sustainability, this conference offers hope for a future where construction materials align with green principles.

Review Process

Peer-Review Statement:

The conference will follow double-blind peer review process. once a paper is submitted, the editor will identify potential peer reviewers with expertise from the committee. Moreover, the similarity % will be found through acceptable overall similarity index will be less than 19%, with no single citation of more than 5%. These peer reviewers will thoroughly evaluate the manuscripts, providing valuable feedback which can result acceptance, major revisions, minor revisions or rejection of the submitted manuscript.

Publishing Partner

GCGC 2025 Conference Proceedings will be published in springer nature. The proceedings will be Gold Open Access and indexed in: Inspec, CNKI, Scopus, Dimensions, Google Scholar.
